Egg white 蛋白

“蛋白”有兩種意思，一種是“蛋白質(zhì)”的“蛋白”，英文是protein，這里說的蛋白，更多時候指的是“蛋清”，意思是“雞蛋里的透明液體，煮熟后呈白色部分”。

yolk 蛋黃

“蛋白”是egg white，相信很多小伙伴會自然而然的認為“蛋黃”就是egg yellow。這樣就大錯特錯了！
