However, on the other hand , taking the "certificate" as the "evidence" (證明) of knowledge and skills also leads to the "education bubble"(泡沫), "knowledge unemployment" and other negative results.

但另一方面，將"證書(shū)"視為擁有某種知識(shí)和技能的"證物"也會(huì)導(dǎo)致"教育泡沫"、"知識(shí)失業(yè)"等負(fù)面結(jié)果的產(chǎn)生。
