1、英文求職信應注意的格式問題

(1)信封的寫法

在絕大多數(shù)情況下，外企在華的分支機構或分公司都會在招聘廣告中給出中文地址，畢竟入鄉(xiāng)隨俗，也可以避免郵遞員因為看不懂外語而投遞困難。在這種情況下，你只需按我國的習慣書寫信封就可以了，只是人名方面須要注意。如果廣告上寫的聯(lián)系人是中文，那么就直寫“××先生收”、“××女士收”好了;但如果聯(lián)系人的名字是英文，你千萬不要擅自把它譯為中文，哪怕這個名字看起來很普遍、很熟悉，如“James”不要寫成“詹姆士”，“Smith”不要寫成“史密斯”。
