Notes: 關(guān)于什么即將到來有很多種表達(dá)，例如之前介紹過的on the way, near at hand, around the corner，這里有個(gè)新的短語draw near，它表示靠近，鄰近。例如：

The Winter Holiday is drawing near.

寒假就快到了。

His car drew near and we should go.

他把車開過來了，我們?cè)撟吡恕?/p>

hold a celebration表示舉行慶?；顒?dòng)，再例如：

Let’s hold a celebration to welcome the new year.
