英語里“放松一下”的8種說法

1)

unwind

例句： I’m beat. We need to unwind. Let’s get a drink.

我累死了，得好好放松下。我們出去喝一杯吧。

Wind 有上緊鐘表的發(fā)條的意思，那么unwind也就是“松開、解開”，用在這里就是“放松”的意思。

mellow out

You need to mellow out a bit. Don’t get yourself so overworked.

你得好好歇口氣啦。別工作得太累了。
