徒有其表的美男子用英語怎么表示？

 在我們的語言中，虛有美麗外表的女子通常被叫做“繡花枕頭”或者“花瓶” ， 其實，這樣的稱呼并不是女性專屬的。我們身邊也并不缺少徒有其表、內里虛空的花樣美男，他們就叫做man candy。
