·西德尼·韋伯（1859—1947）是英國著名社會活動家，費邊社會主義理論家和經(jīng)濟學家，改良主義者。1892年與志同道合的比阿特麗斯結(jié)婚，1895年兩人共同創(chuàng)立倫敦經(jīng)濟學院。從此，韋伯夫婦一起參與社會政治活動，合作著書立說。
