Pray for Gifts

Two young boys were spending the night at their grandparents the week before Christmas．At bedtime，the two boys knelt beside their beds to say their prayers when the youngest one began praying at the top of his lungs．

“I PRAY FOR A NEW BICYCLE...

I PRAY FOR A NEW NINTENDO...

I PRAY FOR A NEW VCR...”

His older brother leaned over and nudged the younger brother and said，“Why are you shouting your prayers？God isn’t deaf．”To which the little brother replied，“No，but Grandma is！”

還有一個(gè)星期就是圣誕節(jié)了，兩個(gè)小男孩同他們的祖父母待在一起。快睡覺的時(shí)候，兩個(gè)男孩跪在床邊開始祈禱。弟弟拼命嚷道：

我還想得到一臺(tái)新的錄像機(jī)……”

哥哥側(cè)過身，用胳膊肘推了推弟弟說：“你祈禱的時(shí)候干嗎要那么大聲？上帝又不是聾子。”弟弟回答道：“上帝當(dāng)然不是，但奶奶的耳朵不好！”
