A Case of Mistaken Identity 認錯人的情況

Hi everybody, it's Diarmuid here again.

I hope you all had a wonderful Christmas and New Year – I expect you're all really looking forward to Chinese New Year next month.

Well, I had a lovely time on holiday and came back to work refreshed 精神煥發(fā)的 and ready for
2010.

So you can imagine my dismay 驚慌 when I discovered that my colleagues at BBC Learning English were having some fun at my expense 由我出錢.

I'll explain...

When we put photographs on the BBCUKChina website, we sometimes use images from other BBC productions – for example, a television soap opera 電視肥皂劇 that is set in East London called Eastenders.

It's a very popular show in the UK and everybody here knows the actors – they're very famous.

So some of my workmates 同事 have decided there is a character 人物，角色 in Eastenders that
looks like me (especially when I had very long hair) and they are using his image a lot on the
website.

There's only one problem... that character is very old and ugly!!!!!

I don't think I look that bad but maybe I'm wrong. What do you think?

How can I get my own back 報復(fù) on these colleagues of mine?
