用進行時態(tài)取代一般現(xiàn)在時, 在英文是一種修辭方法, 表示不滿, 一種感情.

start to do/start doing : 兩者無區(qū)別

a knock at the door (敲門聲) / knock at the door (敲門, 指動作)

A girl came in with an envelope and put it on the desk.
