去年超6萬(wàn)人侵害未成年人被公訴

In 2021, China prosecuted 60,553 people for crimes against minors, up 5.69 percent year on year, the Supreme People's Prosecutor General’s Office said Wednesday.
最高人民檢察院5月25日表示，2021年，全國(guó)檢察機(jī)關(guān)對(duì)侵害未成年人犯罪提起公訴60553人，同比上升5.69%。
In the meantime, 160 million yuan, three times the amount in 2018, was provided in 11,000 judicial assistance cases for minor victims.
2021年對(duì)遭受侵害的未成年人司法救助1.1萬(wàn)件、發(fā)放救助金1.6億元，是2018年的3倍。


Regarding juvenile suspects, prosecuting organs approved the arrest of 27,208 underage suspects and prosecuted 35,228 last year, said the SPP.
對(duì)于主觀惡性深、犯罪手段殘忍、后果嚴(yán)重的未成年犯罪決不縱容，2021年依法批捕27208人、起訴35228人。


They also conducted the procedure to review the necessity of detention for 20,045 minor suspects.
