中國—新西蘭自貿(mào)協(xié)定升級

A protocol on upgrading the free trade agreement between China and New Zealand took effect Thursday, further facilitating bilateral trade and investment, China's Ministry of Commerce said.

商務部4月7日宣布，中國-新西蘭自由貿(mào)易協(xié)定升級議定書當日正式生效，將進一步促進雙邊貿(mào)易和投資便利化。

The two sides will further open their markets for goods, services and investment while optimizing rules to promote trade facilitation.
進一步擴大中新雙方在貨物、服務、投資等領域市場開放，進一步提升貿(mào)易便利化等規(guī)則水平。

Bilateral cooperation will also be strengthened in the fields of e-commerce, competition policy, government procurement and the environment.
雙方承諾在電子商務、競爭政策、政府采購、環(huán)境等領域增強合作。

The upgraded protocol has improved the quality and efficiency of bilateral trade relations on the basis of the China-New Zealand FTA and the Regional Comprehensive Economic Partnership, the ministry said.
升級議定書使中新兩國自貿(mào)關系在中國—新西蘭自由貿(mào)易協(xié)定和區(qū)域全面經(jīng)濟伙伴關系協(xié)定（RCEP）基礎上實現(xiàn)了進一步提質(zhì)增效。
