China will expand family doctor services to cover at least 75 percent of its population by 2035, according to a guideline jointly issued by six government departments, including the National Health Commission. By 2035, family doctors are expected to serve about 85 percent of priority patients, including elderly people, pregnant women, children, people with disabilities, people with chronic diseases, and people with mental illnesses, the policy document said.
國家衛(wèi)生健康委等六部門近日聯(lián)合印發(fā)《關(guān)于推進(jìn)家庭醫(yī)生簽約服務(wù)高質(zhì)量發(fā)展的指導(dǎo)意見》，意見稱，到2035年，家庭醫(yī)生簽約服務(wù)覆蓋率達(dá)到75%以上，老年人、孕產(chǎn)婦、兒童、殘疾人、慢性病患者以及精神病患者等重點(diǎn)人群簽約服務(wù)覆蓋率達(dá)到85%以上。
Fees will be jointly covered by China's medical insurance system, government expenditure on public medical services, and the individuals receiving medical services.
家庭醫(yī)生簽約服務(wù)費(fèi)由醫(yī)保基金、基本公共衛(wèi)生服務(wù)經(jīng)費(fèi)和簽約居民等共同分擔(dān)。
