我國(guó)將繼續(xù)打擊與人格權(quán)有關(guān)的網(wǎng)絡(luò)犯罪

China's crackdown of online crimes related to personality rights continues, the Supreme People's Procuratorate said Monday.
最高人民檢察院2月21日表示，我國(guó)將繼續(xù)打擊與人格權(quán)有關(guān)的網(wǎng)絡(luò)犯罪。
Insult, slander and infringement of citizens' personal information on the internet all violate personality rights, said Miao Shengming, an official with the SPP.
據(jù)最高檢檢察委員會(huì)委員、第一檢察廳廳長(zhǎng)苗生明介紹，在網(wǎng)絡(luò)上對(duì)他人侮辱、誹謗、侵犯公民個(gè)人信息均屬于侵犯人格權(quán)犯罪。


He added the top procuratorate has supervised the handling of more than 30 criminal cases related to such crimes.
最高檢已督辦指導(dǎo)各類(lèi)侵犯人格權(quán)犯罪案件30余件。


Since 2019, prosecuting agencies have pressed charges against 213 people for insult or defamation, 21,923 for infringement of personal information and 15 for crimes that besmirch the reputation or honor of heroic martyrs, Miao said.
2019年以來(lái)，全國(guó)檢察機(jī)關(guān)共起訴涉嫌侮辱罪、誹謗罪被告人213人，涉嫌侵犯公民個(gè)人信息罪被告人21923人，涉嫌侵害英雄烈士名譽(yù)、榮譽(yù)罪被告人15人。
