技工教育'十四五'規(guī)劃印發(fā)

China will improve employment benefits for technical school graduates in the 2021-2025 period, according to a five-year plan published by the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security.

人社部近日印發(fā)的《技工教育“十四五”規(guī)劃》明確，“十四五”期間，我國(guó)將持續(xù)提升技工院校畢業(yè)生待遇。

Work will be done during the 14th Five-Year Plan period (2021-2025) to allow technical school graduates to enjoy relevant policies on employment, entrepreneurship and army recruitment, as well as those on the granting of professional titles and employment in public institutions, says the plan.

推動(dòng)落實(shí)技工院校畢業(yè)生享受就業(yè)創(chuàng)業(yè)、參軍入伍、職稱評(píng)審、事業(yè)單位公開招聘等相關(guān)政策。

In the 2021-2025 period, China plans to keep the number of students at technical schools above 3.6 million and the employment rate for graduates above 97 percent, said the plan.

《規(guī)劃》提出，“十四五”期間，技工院校在校生規(guī)模保持在360萬(wàn)人以上，畢業(yè)生就業(yè)率保持在97%以上;

By 2025, China expects to have provided over 20 million vocational training sessions to enterprise employees and key employment groups, as well as training more than 2 million highly skilled personnel.

到2025年，面向企業(yè)職工和就業(yè)重點(diǎn)群體開展職業(yè)培訓(xùn)2000萬(wàn)人次以上，累計(jì)培養(yǎng)培訓(xùn)高技能人才200萬(wàn)人以上。
