第二批區(qū)域醫(yī)療中心試點(diǎn)啟動(dòng)

China will begin establishing another 16 regional health centers in 2021 to provide the public with easier access to quality medical services, according to an official with the National Health Commission Saturday. In addition, the country also will push forward the establishment of national medical centers and national research centers for clinical medicine, said Li Bin, deputy head of the commission, at a conference on the reform on medicine and healthcare system held in Hefei, East China's Anhui province.

7月24日，國(guó)家衛(wèi)健委副主任李斌在安徽合肥舉辦的2021全國(guó)深化醫(yī)改經(jīng)驗(yàn)推廣會(huì)上表示，今年國(guó)家將啟動(dòng)第二批16個(gè)區(qū)域醫(yī)療中心試點(diǎn)建設(shè)，還將繼續(xù)規(guī)劃設(shè)置國(guó)家醫(yī)學(xué)中心、臨床醫(yī)學(xué)研究中心等，放大國(guó)家級(jí)優(yōu)質(zhì)醫(yī)療資源。

The effort is in line with the State Council's requirement to balance the distribution of medical resources and improve the tiered system of diagnosis and treatment, conveyed in a document released in May.

今年5月，國(guó)務(wù)院辦公廳印發(fā)通知，要求"促進(jìn)優(yōu)質(zhì)醫(yī)療資源均衡布局，完善分級(jí)診療體系"。

The major task of the reform in the 14th Five-Year Plan period (2021-2025) is to ensure that patients receive proper medical services without leaving their native provincial-level regions, and that treatment for minor illness can be provided at their doorstep, said Xu Shuqiang, another commission official.

國(guó)家衛(wèi)健委官員許樹強(qiáng)說，"十四五"醫(yī)改的主要任務(wù)是落實(shí)落地大病重病在本省(區(qū)市)就能解決，常見病、多發(fā)病在市縣解決，頭疼腦熱在鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)村解決。

Previously, China had already established regional health centers in eight provinces.

此前，我國(guó)已在8省份試點(diǎn)建設(shè)國(guó)家區(qū)域醫(yī)療中心。

"Next year, regional health centers in China will basically cover all provincial-level regions," Xu added.

"這意味著到明年基本可以實(shí)現(xiàn)區(qū)域醫(yī)療中心全國(guó)各省份全覆蓋。"許樹強(qiáng)說。
