俄方?jīng)Q定退出《開放天空條約》

The Russian government said Wednesday it has approved a bill on the country's withdrawal from the Treaty on Open Skies and will submit the document to President Vladimir Putin.
俄羅斯政府公布了5月4日通過的決議文件。根據(jù)該決議，俄羅斯政府決定批準(zhǔn)并向總統(tǒng)普京提交廢除《開放天空條約》的提案。

As the legal procedure requires, Putin will then submit the bill to the parliament for deliberation and approval, and finally sign it into law, officially terminating Russia's participation in the treaty.
按照法律程序，普京隨后會(huì)將該提案提交議會(huì)審議批準(zhǔn)，并最終簽署成為法律，俄羅斯將正式退出該條約。

The Russian Foreign Ministry announced on Jan 15 that the country had started domestic procedures for the pullout from the Treaty on Open Skies.
1月15日，俄羅斯外交部發(fā)布聲明稱，俄方?jīng)Q定開啟退出《開放天空條約》的國內(nèi)程序。

The Treaty on Open Skies, which became effective in 2002, allows its states-parties to conduct short-notice, unarmed reconnaissance flights over the others' entire territories to collect data on military forces and activities.
《開放天空條約》于2002年起生效，條約締約國可對彼此領(lǐng)土進(jìn)行非武裝方式的短期空中偵察，以收集有關(guān)軍事力量和活動(dòng)的數(shù)據(jù)。

The US announced its withdrawal from the Treaty on Open Skies in November 2020.
2020年11月，美國正式退出該條約。
