我和我的祖國——慶祝新中國成立70周年

Around 100,000 people and 70 parade floats will pass Tian'anmen Square on China's 70th birthday on Tuesday to showcase the nation's socioeconomic accomplishments, Zhang Ge, executive manager of the event, said on Wednesday.

慶祝大會服務(wù)保障和群眾游行指揮部執(zhí)行指揮張革9月25日表示，10月1日新中國成立70周年當天，大約10萬人和70輛花車將通過天安門廣場，展示中國的社會經(jīng)濟成就。

The parade, using the theme "Jointly Building the Chinese Dream", will feature 36 formations and is divided into three main parts: the nation's founding, reform and opening-up and great rejuvenation, he said. It will last around 65 minutes.

游行將以“同心共筑中國夢”為主題，由36個方陣組成，分為“建國創(chuàng)業(yè)”“改革開放”“偉大復興”三個部分，總時長大約65分鐘。

More than 400 people from Hong Kong, Macao, Taiwan and Chinese compatriots from overseas and foreign friends will also participate in the parade, Zhang said.

張革表示，一共有400多名港澳臺、海外僑胞、外國友人參與到這次游行活動中。

"Many of them had to fly in to take part in the rehearsal. This shows their great love for China and its people, and we are very moved," he said.

“很多人是坐著飛機來參加訓練的。在這個過程中，表達出了對中國、對這個民族的熱愛，這令我們非常感動。”

Tian'anmen Square has been decorated with two giant red ribbons and 70 red lanterns, signifying the passing down of China's honorable traditions to future generations. Around 70,000 doves and 70,000 colored balloons will be released during the parade, he added.

天安門廣場裝飾著兩條巨大的“紅飄帶”和70個大紅燈籠，寓意著紅色基因連接歷史、現(xiàn)實和未來。張革補充說，“十一”當天，廣場還將施放7萬羽和平鴿和7萬個彩色氣球。

The march will focus on demonstrating the historic accomplishments and changes achieved since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China in 2012, as well as how the Party has united and inspired the people to make great progress and pursue a glorious future.

這次游行將重點展現(xiàn)2012年十八大以來黨和國家事業(yè)發(fā)生的歷史性變革、取得的歷史性成就，以及黨如何團結(jié)和鼓舞人民取得偉大進步，追求美好未來。

Xiao Xiangrong, chief director of the parade, said they hope to turn the event into "a flowing historical epic about China's rise from humble beginnings to being rich and powerful".

群眾游行總導演肖向榮表示，希望群眾游行“形成一幅流動的史詩，彰顯中華人民共和國篳路藍縷到今天偉大富強這70年的偉大征程。”

This year's performance aims to be more vivid and lively, with greater emphasis on improvisation and "letting people from various professions and walks of life tell their own unique stories", he said.

At 8 pm on Tuesday, China will host a grand evening gala at Tian'anmen Square with theme performances, shows and fireworks, lasting around 90 minutes, said Pang Wei, executive deputy minister of the gala's organization department.

The theme performances are in four sections, including Ode to the Red Flag, We Walk on the Great Road, On the Field of Hope and Lead the New Era. Around 3,290 people will participate in the performance, which aims to present China's rise, she said.

主題表演分《紅旗頌》《我們走在大路上》《在希望的田野上》《領(lǐng)航新時代》四個章節(jié)，藝術(shù)化表現(xiàn)中華民族從站起來、富起來到強起來的偉大飛躍。共有3290名聯(lián)歡群眾參與表演。

The featured show also has four parts: The Great People and Their Magnificent Homeland, Jubilant People and Beautiful Landscape, New Era in a Brand-New World and Shared Happiness and Common Aspirations. Around 3,650 people will showcase unique cultural heritages from all around China, and up to 40 classic and beloved songs will be performed.

聯(lián)歡表演還專門組織創(chuàng)作了《好兒好女好家園》《山笑水笑人歡笑》《新天新地新時代》《同歡同樂同祝愿》“禮贊新時代”一組聲樂套曲。由有關(guān)省區(qū)市的特色群眾藝術(shù)團體3650人參加聯(lián)歡，以各地特色群眾文化展示為主。選用了近40首為群眾所熟悉、所喜愛的經(jīng)典歌曲。

Xiong Zhuo, executive manager for volunteers, said more than 160,000 volunteers have joined to assist the nation's celebration, 10,000 of which are directly involved in the parade and the grand evening gala.

志愿者指揮部執(zhí)行指揮熊卓表示，前期招募和培訓了十六萬余名志愿者。其中，直接服務(wù)慶祝大會和聯(lián)歡活動的志愿者一萬余人。

Most of the parade volunteers are young people aged 19 to 30, including many celebrities and influencers. "The smile of volunteers is the best business card for Beijing," Xiong said.

Huang Cheng, a representative of the volunteers, said she and other volunteers have been drilled extensively and are ready to help in the national celebration.
