上交所對(duì)趙薇夫婦違反上市規(guī)則進(jìn)行處罰

The Shanghai Stock Exchange publicly censured and disciplined Chinese actress Zhao Wei and her husband Huang Youlong, and denied a reportrelated to science and technology innovation board.

近日，上海證券交易所公開譴責(zé)并處罰了中國女演員趙薇和她的丈夫黃有龍，并否認(rèn)了有關(guān)科技創(chuàng)新板塊的報(bào)道。

Due to stock listing rule violations during Longwei Culture and Media's attempt to acquire Zhejiang Sunriver Culture Co, Sunriver's former chairman Kong Deyong and Longwei's principals HuangYoulong, Zhao Wei and Zhao Zheng have been considered unfit to serve as directors, supervisors or senior managers for five years by the SSE.

由于龍薇文化傳媒有限公司在收購浙江祥源文化股份有限公司期間違反了上市規(guī)則，祥源文化前董事長孔德永、龍薇文化直接負(fù)責(zé)人黃有龍、趙薇、趙政，被上交所認(rèn)定5年內(nèi)不適合擔(dān)任上市公司的董事、監(jiān)事、高級(jí)管理人員。

Previously, Zhao Wei and Huang Youlong were banned from China's securities markets for fiveyears for market violations, according to the China Securities Regulatory Commission.

此前，中國證監(jiān)會(huì)表示，趙薇和黃有龍因違反市場(chǎng)規(guī)則被禁入中國證券市場(chǎng)5年。

 

The SSE said Longwei had insufficient self-funding, and financing from other companies was too uncertain to acquire Sunriver.

上海證券交易所稱，龍薇文化傳媒因未進(jìn)行充分的資金籌備，從其他公司融資又存在極大不確定性的情況下，不能收購祥源文化。

In addition, during the process of transferring stock rights, Longwei released false information, misleading statements, omitted important information, and avoided necessary disclosures.

此外，在股權(quán)轉(zhuǎn)讓過程中，龍薇文化傳媒發(fā)布了虛假信息、誤導(dǎo)性陳述，省略了重要信息并避免了必要的披露。
