全國(guó)首套人工智能教材明年進(jìn)入中小學(xué)

China's first artificial intelligence (AI) textbookseries designed for primary and secondary schoolstudents is expected to be introduced into hundredsof campuses across the country in 2019.

明年全國(guó)將有數(shù)百所學(xué)校引入我國(guó)首套為中小學(xué)學(xué)生設(shè)計(jì)的人工智能(AI)教材。

The textbooks will be used for elective courses or aspart of school-based curriculums.

該教材將作為選修課或校本課程的教材。

Significant progress is being reported in China in AItechnological research and development, withauthorities now moving to promote AI-related education.

據(jù)報(bào)道，我國(guó)人工智能技術(shù)研發(fā)取得了重大進(jìn)展，有關(guān)部門(mén)正著手推進(jìn)人工智能相關(guān)的教育。

 

 

According to the publisher, East China Normal University Press, the series will have 10 volumes, with six volumes published so far.

據(jù)出版方華東師范大學(xué)出版社介紹，該套叢書(shū)共10冊(cè)，目前已出版6冊(cè)。

Each has its own theme, with 12 to 14 main chapters and 2 to 4 chapters of activities. Thisseries covers the educational demands of students from primary school to high school on AIand provides a systematic framework of AI knowledge.

每?jī)?cè)都有自己的主題，包含12-14個(gè)主要章節(jié)、2-4個(gè)活動(dòng)內(nèi)容章節(jié)。該系列教材涵蓋了學(xué)生從小學(xué)到高中的AI教學(xué)需求，提供了系統(tǒng)的AI知識(shí)框架。

The books have been used in three schools in Shanghai as a pilot program and well received bystudents, according to Wang Jiqing, chief editor of the series.

叢書(shū)主編王吉慶表示，這套教材已在上海的三所學(xué)校先行試用，受到了學(xué)生們的歡迎。
