中國海歸就業(yè)創(chuàng)業(yè)調(diào)查報告出爐

The number of Chinese students returning from abroad has grown by leaps and bounds due to better job prospects at home and tightening work and immigration policies overseas, according to a new report.

一份最新報告顯示，因國內(nèi)更好的就業(yè)前景以及海外就業(yè)和移民政策的收緊，留學生回國的人數(shù)增長迅速。

In 2017, 608,400 students from China went abroad while 480,900 returned, according to the Ministry of Education.

教育部數(shù)據(jù)顯示，2017年，我國出國留學人員總數(shù)達60.84萬人，留學回國人員總數(shù)達48.09萬人。

Nearly 80% of students chose to return to China after completing overseas studies last year, up from 30% in 2007 and 5% in 1987.

去年接近80%留學生在完成學業(yè)后選擇回國，而在2007年和1987年，這一比例分別是30%和5%。

The Report on Employment and Entrepreneurship of Chinese Returnees, based on a survey of 2,190 overseas returnees in July, was jointly released last Sunday by the Center for China and Globalization, a Beijing think tank, and recruitment website Zhaopin.

這份《中國海歸就業(yè)創(chuàng)業(yè)調(diào)查報告》是基于7月份對2190名海歸的調(diào)查得出的。該報告由北京的中國與全球化智庫和招聘網(wǎng)站智聯(lián)招聘于上周日聯(lián)合發(fā)布的。

 

40% of respondents chose to return because of more job opportunities in China, while 27% feared that employment and immigration regulations abroad may hinder their career development, the report said.

該報告稱，40%的受訪者選擇回國是因為國內(nèi)就業(yè)機會更多，27%是因為擔心海外的就業(yè)和移民政策或影響其職業(yè)發(fā)展。

Overseas-educated Chinese still prefer to work in China's first-tier cities after returning home.

歸國留學生就業(yè)時仍然青睞國內(nèi)一線城市。

About 20 percent of respondents returning from overseas chose to work in Beijing, followed by Guangdong province (including Guangzhou and Shenzhen) and Shanghai, at 14.6 percent and 11.4 percent, respectively.

在受訪海歸當中，約有20%的人選擇在北京市工作，其次是廣東省(包括廣州市和深圳市)及上海市，分別為14.6%和11.4%。
