知乎完成2.7億美元的巨額E輪融資

Chinese popular question-and-answer website Zhihu announced it has completed a $270 million E-round financing, the biggest in the company's history, The Paper reported.

據(jù)《澎湃新聞》報(bào)道，中國廣受歡迎的問答網(wǎng)站知乎于日前宣布，該公司已經(jīng)完成了2.7億美元的E輪融資，這是其歷史上最大規(guī)模的融資。

Zhihu didn't disclose the investors list or the valuation. But some sources said this round of financing could value the company at almost $2.5 billion.

知乎沒有公開投資者的名單或估值。但一些知情人透露，本輪融資可能使知乎的估值接近25億美元。

"The purpose behind fundraising was not just to raise funds, but also to find partners," said Zhou Yuan, founder and CEO of Zhihu.

知乎的創(chuàng)始人兼CEO周源表示：“籌資的目的不僅僅是為了籌集資金，也是為了找到合作伙伴。”

Zhou set up the Quora-like Q&A website in 2010. In classical Chinese language, the name translates as "Do you know?"

2010年，周源建立了這一類似Quora的問答網(wǎng)站。在文言文中，知乎的名字的含義是“你知道嗎?”

 

In January last year, Zhihu raised $100 million in a D-round financing, which gave it a"unicorn valuation" of more than $1 billion. The investors included Tencent Industry Win-WinFund, Capital Today, Sinovation Ventures and Qiming Venture Partners.

去年1月，通過D輪融資，知乎籌集了1億美元，這使其獲得了超過10億美元的“獨(dú)角獸估值”。投資者有騰訊產(chǎn)業(yè)共贏基金、今日資本、創(chuàng)新工場(chǎng)和啟明創(chuàng)投。

Since 2017, the company has established two important departments: commercial advertisement and knowledge service, which are also Zhihu's two income modes.

從2017年起，該公司創(chuàng)立了兩個(gè)重要的部門：商業(yè)廣告以及知識(shí)服務(wù)。這也是知乎的兩種收入模式。

During the first half of this year, revenues from commercial advertisement jumped by 340 percent from a year ago.

在今年上半年，商業(yè)廣告的收入同比增長了340%。

By the end of June, the number of Zhihu's registration users reached 180 million, more than double that from the year-ago period. Zhihu has accumulated more than 110 million answers.

截至今年6月底，知乎注冊(cè)用戶的數(shù)量達(dá)到了1.8億，比去年同期增長了一倍多。并且知乎已經(jīng)積累了超過1.1億個(gè)回答。

Zhihu said that after this round of financing, the company will speed up the construction of knowledge platform, invest more in artificial intelligence, content ecosytem, knowledgeservice and commercialization. The company also plans to set up an intelligent algorithmteam.

知乎方面表示，在這輪融資后，公司會(huì)加速知識(shí)平臺(tái)的構(gòu)建，投資更多人工智能、內(nèi)容生態(tài)、知識(shí)服務(wù)和商業(yè)化。此外，該公司還計(jì)劃建立智能算法團(tuán)隊(duì)。
