特朗普和普京會晤都聊了點啥？
這是特朗普就任美國總統(tǒng)以來，美俄兩國總統(tǒng)首次舉行正式會晤。“普特會”從世界杯一直聊到雙邊關系改善、敘利亞問題，甚至頗為敏感的“通俄門”調(diào)查。

這次會晤普京遲到了1個小時，據(jù)《衛(wèi)報》報道：
Putin’s plane arrived in Helsinki almost an hour after the summit was due to begin. Trump then delayed his arrival at the Presidential Palace where the talks are taking place.
普京的飛機晚到了赫爾辛基將近1小時，特朗普于是也將去總統(tǒng)府的時間延遲了1小時。
《衛(wèi)報》就表示，這可不是隨隨隨便的遲到，這是“外交博弈”(diplomatic gamesmanship)。
在接受了媒體的短暫采訪后，兩人開始舉行“一對一”會晤?！缎l(wèi)報》特別注意了兩人的肢體語言，稱見面時兩人表情都很緊張(tense)，握手只持續(xù)三秒。

在赫爾辛基，兩人在鏡頭前緊張的拍照之后，開始舉行“一對一”會談，兩人握手僅握了3秒。
有意思的是，一對一會談前，特朗普被媒體拍到偷偷朝普京擠了擠眼……
天空新聞記者Mark Stone發(fā)推稱，“這個肢體語言實在是非常尷尬……但是特朗普確實向普京擠了擠眼睛。”
《每日郵報》也開始了“察言觀色”+1，說二人的肢體語言“冷若冰霜”(frosty)。
除此之外，《每日郵報》還觀察到，這個強硬的俄羅斯男人無視了特朗普的眨眼……
The body language between the two men was frosty as they sat down for the cameras save for one moment where Trump turned to Putin and winked - only to be met with no response from the Russian strongman.
在相機前，兩人的肢體語言冷若冰霜。而當特朗普向普京眨眼，這個強硬的俄羅斯男人絲毫沒有反應。
研究肢體語言的專家也表示，在二人的互動中，看不出絲毫的友愛，就跟較勁一樣。
Meanwhile a body language expert told Mail Online that two men appeared like prize-winning fighters read for a bout, showing 'no rapport, affection or even admiration' for each other.
而同時，一個肢體語言專家告訴《每日郵報》，他們就像競爭同一獎項的人一樣互相較量，看不出和諧、友愛，甚至看不出來對彼此的欣賞。
兩人結束小范圍公開會談后轉(zhuǎn)入“一對一”會談，這也是整次峰會的“重頭戲”。
據(jù)俄媒報道，特朗普和普京兩人進行了2個多小時的單獨會談。加上隨后的美俄擴大會議，此次會晤共持續(xù)了4小時。會后，二人一起召開了記者會。
記者會上，普京向特朗普贈送俄羅斯世界杯比賽用球。普京表示，美國將會參與舉辦2026年世界杯。他說：
"Mr. President, I will give this ball to you, and now the ball is in your court."
“總統(tǒng)先生，我現(xiàn)在把球給你，現(xiàn)在球在你們那兒了。”
接過足球的特朗普顯然很開心，舉著球讓媒體拍了拍照片。

▌關于“通俄門”
對于“俄羅斯干預美國大選”的問題，普京表示，“真沒有……這事兒說了很多次了，俄羅斯真的沒有干預啊……”
The Russian state has never interfered and is not going to interfere into internal American affairs, including election process.
俄羅斯過去沒有，將來也不會干涉包括選舉過程在內(nèi)的美國內(nèi)政。
普京還順手煲了一碗雞湯，“你誰都不能信任”：
As to who is to be believed, who is not to be believed, you can trust no one.
至于誰能信，誰不能信的問題，你誰都不能信任。
然后，普京話鋒一轉(zhuǎn)，說“特朗普又憑什么信任我呢?”
Where did you get this idea that President Trump trusts me or I trust him? He defends the interests of the United States of America. I do defend the interests of the Russian Federation.
你們是從哪里看出特朗普總統(tǒng)信任我或是我信任他的?他所捍衛(wèi)的是美利堅合眾國的利益，我代表的則是俄羅斯聯(lián)邦的利益。
特朗普回應“通俄門”時，還不忘了順手再懟一把民主黨：
The whole concept of that (election interference) came up... as a reason why the Democrats lost an election which, frankly, they should have been able to win.
“干涉選舉”這事兒，被民主黨當成他們輸?shù)舸筮x的原因，坦率地講，他們本來會獲勝的。
同時，特朗普也不忘夸普京。他說，普京剛剛的否認，“特別強有力!”
I have great confidence in my intelligence people but I will tell you that President Putin was extremely strong and powerful in his denial today.

在記者會上，普京表示，自己沒有掌握特朗普“黑料”。
I did hear those rumors that we allegedly collected compromising material on Mr. Trump when he was visiting Moscow. Let me tell you this, when President Trump visited Moscow back then I didn’t even know he was in Moscow. Well, it’s difficult to imagine a lot of nonsense on a bigger scale than this.
我確實聽說過這些傳聞，也就是所謂的我們在特朗普來莫斯科期間，收集對他名譽不利的材料。這么跟你說，當時特朗普來的時候，我壓根就不知道他來了......很難想象會有比這些流言更荒謬的事了。
不過，普京表示，對于美國2016年大選，自己是支持特朗普的：
Because he talked about bringing the U.S.-Russia relationship back to normal.
因為他曾經(jīng)說過要讓美俄關系回到正軌。
▌關于美俄關系
美俄關系一直備受關注，在回答記者提問時，普京表示，“冷戰(zhàn)是過去的事兒了。”
The Cold War is a thing of past, the era of acute ideological confrontation of the two countries is a thing of remote past, is a vestige of the past.
冷戰(zhàn)是過去的事兒了，兩國間激烈的意識形態(tài)對立已經(jīng)是遙遠的過去，成了歷史的遺跡。
特朗普說，美俄關系從來沒像現(xiàn)在這么糟糕(Our relationship has never been worse than it is now.)，不過四個小時前開始改變了。
I think the United States has been foolish. I think we have all been foolish. We should have had this dialogue a long time ago, a long time, frankly, before I got to office.

▌關于敘利亞問題
普京表示，在敘利亞問題上，美俄可以進行合作，幫助敘利亞難民重返家園。
Russia and the United States apparently can act proactively and take considerable leadership on this issue, and organize the interaction to overcome humanitarian crisis and help Syrian refugees to go back to their homes.
俄羅斯和美國顯然可以積極采取行動，在這個事件上發(fā)揮重要帶頭作用，組織良性互動以解決人道主義危機，幫助敘利亞難民重返家園。
特朗普：
As we discussed at length, the crisis in Syria is a complex one. Cooperation between our two countries has the potential to save hundreds of thousands of lives.
正如我們深入探討的那樣，敘利亞危機是復雜的。我們兩國之間的合作可能會挽救數(shù)十萬人的生命。
而敘利亞總統(tǒng)阿薩德此前已經(jīng)表示，敘利亞不會允許西方參與該國重建，“無論他們帶著錢，或是貸款，或是捐贈，不管什么形式都不被允許。西方國家不誠實，他們不會給予，只會索取”。
▌關于美國退出伊核協(xié)定
眾所周知，特朗普入主白宮后退群成癮，不久前又宣布美國退出伊朗核協(xié)定。
普京提醒特朗普，伊朗核協(xié)定可是有很大作用的：
Let me remind you that thanks to the Iranian nuclear deal, Iran became the most controlled country in the world. It submitted to the control of IAEA.
讓我提醒你一句，由于伊核協(xié)定，伊朗成為了世界上最受約束的國家。它受到原子能機構管束。
It effectively ensured the exclusively peaceful nature of Iranian nuclear program and strengthened the nonproliferation regime.
這有效地確保了伊朗核計劃純粹和平的性質(zhì)，并加強了防擴散機制。
記者會看起來挺融洽的，但“善于”從細微之處解讀政治”的美媒發(fā)現(xiàn)了一些不尋常。
《時代雜志》表示，讓普京說開場白，談話跟著普京的步子，特朗普顯得很弱(looking weak in front of Putin)。
Even though the two leaders met on neutral ground in Finland, Putin ran the press conference after their meeting as if he was the host. The Russian leader spoke first and called on the first reporter to ask a question. Trump, who often puffs out his chest when he walks into a room, stood by as Putin set the pace of the exchange.
雖然會晤地點選在中立的地點芬蘭，但是在會晤后普京主持著記者會，仿佛他才是主人翁。普京先開口說開場白，先讓記者提問。特朗普通常都是昂首挺胸的，但這次卻在一旁跟著普京的步子。
