普京勝選 其競選發(fā)言人向英國致謝

Vladimir Putin won re-election as Russia’s president in a landslide on Sunday for which Moscow partly credited the diplomatic storm with Britain over the poisoning of former double agent Sergei Skripal.

周日，弗拉基米爾•普京(Vladimir Putin)以一場大勝贏得競選、連任俄羅斯總統(tǒng)。莫斯科方面將這場勝利部分歸功于前雙面間諜謝爾蓋•斯克里帕爾(Sergei Skripal)遭下毒事件引發(fā)的俄英外交風(fēng)暴。

“Turnout is higher than we expected, by about 8-10 per cent, for which we must say thanks to Great Britain,” said Andrei Kondrashov, Mr Putin’s campaign spokesman, as preliminary results suggested Mr Putin had won 75.6 per cent of the vote in Sunday’s presidential election.

“投票率比我們預(yù)想的高了大約8%到10%，對此我們必須向英國致謝，”普京的競選發(fā)言人安德烈•孔德拉紹夫(Andrei Kondrashov)說。初步結(jié)果顯示，在周日的總統(tǒng)選舉中，普京贏得了75.6%的選票。

“We were pressured exactly at the moment when we needed to mobilise [voters]. Whenever Russia is accused of something indiscriminately and without any evidence, the Russian people unite around the centre of power. And the centre of power is certainly Putin today,” Mr Kondrashov said at a victory party for Mr Putin’s campaign.

“恰恰在我們需要動員(選民)的這個時候，我們被施壓了。無論何時，只要俄羅斯受到不分青紅皂白或者無憑無據(jù)的指控，俄羅斯人民就會團(tuán)結(jié)在權(quán)力中心周圍。而今天這個權(quán)力中心無疑就是普京，”孔德拉紹夫在普京的勝選宴會上說。

With 62 per cent of ballots counted, Mr Putin was more than 60 percentage points ahead of his closest challenger, Pavel Grudinin, a millionaire co-owner of a collective farm who ran on a Communist party ticket.

Mr Putin again rejected London’s accusations that Russia was behind the attack on Mr Skripal. “Russia doesn’t have such substances, we destroyed all our chemical weapons under the control of international observers,” he said at his campaign headquarters after his victory speech. Russia had been “the first to do this, unlike some of our partners, who promised to do this but haven’t kept their promises until now.”

普京再次否認(rèn)了英國對俄羅斯是斯克里帕爾遇襲幕后黑手的指控。“俄羅斯沒有這種物質(zhì)，在國際觀察員的控制下，我們摧毀了我們所有的化學(xué)武器，”在發(fā)表勝選演講后，普京在他的競選總部說，俄羅斯是“第一個這樣做的，不像我們的一些伙伴，承諾要這么做，但直到現(xiàn)在都沒有兌現(xiàn)它們的諾言。”

Mr Putin also denied the assertion of Theresa May, the British prime minister, that Mr Skripal had been attacked with a “military-grade” nerve agent. If that had been the case, many more people would have died in Britain, the Russian president claimed.

普京還否認(rèn)了英國首相特里薩•梅(Theresa May)的主張，梅稱斯克里帕爾是被“軍用級”的神經(jīng)毒劑攻擊的。這位俄羅斯總統(tǒng)聲稱，如果事實真是如此，那么英國本會有多得多的人死亡。
