金正恩之妹將出席平昌冬奧會(huì)開(kāi)幕式

The sister of North Korean supreme leader Kim Jong Un will attend the opening ceremony of the Winter Olympics in South Korea this week.

朝鮮最高領(lǐng)導(dǎo)人金正恩(Kim Jong Un)的妹妹本周將出席韓國(guó)冬奧會(huì)(Winter Olympics)開(kāi)幕式。

The South's unification ministry said Kim Yo Jong would come as part of a high-level delegation to the games in Pyeongchang.

韓國(guó)統(tǒng)一部表示，金與正(Kim Yo Jong)將作為朝鮮派出的高級(jí)別代表團(tuán)的成員出席平昌(Pyeongchang)冬奧會(huì)。

The participation of Ms Kim – who is a close adviser to her brother – will bolster hopes in Seoul that the Olympics can be used to defuse tensions on the peninsula and usher in a period of diplomatic engagement.

作為其兄金正恩親密顧問(wèn)的金與正加入朝方代表團(tuán)，將提振首爾方面對(duì)于利用此次奧運(yùn)會(huì)來(lái)緩和半島緊張、迎來(lái)外交接觸新時(shí)期的希望。

Also attending will be Ri Son Gwon, chairman of the agency that oversees inter-Korean relations, the ministry said.

韓國(guó)統(tǒng)一部表示，朝鮮負(fù)責(zé)朝韓關(guān)系的祖國(guó)和平統(tǒng)一委員會(huì)(Committee for Peaceful Reunification)的委員長(zhǎng)李善權(quán)(Ri Son Gwon)也將出席本屆冬奧會(huì)。
