德國(guó)央行將把人民幣納入其外匯儲(chǔ)備

Germany’s central bank said on Monday it will include the renminbi in its currency reserves, giving the Chinese currency’s international stature a boost after 2017 saw its role in global payments diminished.

德國(guó)央行(Bundesbank)周一表示，它將把人民幣納入其外匯儲(chǔ)備。在2017年人民幣在全球支付領(lǐng)域的作用減小之后，此舉將提振人民幣的國(guó)際地位。

Bundesbank board member Andreas Dombret made comments confirming plans for the currency’s inclusion at the Asian Financial Forum in Hong Kong on Monday.

周一，德國(guó)央行理事安德烈亞斯•多姆布雷特(Andreas Dombret)在香港的亞洲金融論壇(Asian Financial Forum)上發(fā)表講話時(shí)，證實(shí)了將人民幣納入儲(chǔ)備的計(jì)劃。

The European Central Bank already holds renminbi as a reserve currency and the International Monetary Fund has approved its inclusion in the Special Drawing Right Basket since 2016.

歐洲央行(ECB)已經(jīng)把人民幣列為該行儲(chǔ)備貨幣，國(guó)際貨幣基金組織(IMF)也已批準(zhǔn)從2016年起把人民幣納入特別提款權(quán)貨幣籃子(Special Drawing Right Basket)。

However, the currency finished November in sixth place among top global currencies used in international transactions made via the Swift global bank payment messaging network, with a share of just 1.8 per cent of the total compared to 2.3 per cent two years earlier, when it occupied fifth place.

然而，去年11月，人民幣在經(jīng)由環(huán)球銀行金融電信協(xié)會(huì)(SWIFT)完成的國(guó)際交易使用最多的國(guó)際貨幣當(dāng)中排第6位，份額僅為1.8%。而在那兩年之前，人民幣排在第5位，份額為2.3%。

The onshore renminbi, which is permitted to trade 2 per cent either side of a daily fix set by the People’s Bank of China was as much as 0.7 per cent stronger against the dollar on Monday at Rmb6.4186, its strongest level in more than two years.

周一，在岸市場(chǎng)人民幣兌美元匯率一度上漲0.7%，達(dá)到1美元兌6.4186元人民幣，為兩年多來(lái)的最高水平。

The offshore renminbi, which is not restricted by the trading band was 0.5 per cent stronger at Rmb6.4260, its strongest since December 2015.

離岸市場(chǎng)人民幣兌美元匯率上漲0.5%，達(dá)到1美元兌6.4260元人民幣，為自2015年12月以來(lái)的最高水平。

The currency had already firmed visibly on Monday as the country’s central bank loaned out nearly Rmb400bn ($62.2bn) in response to what it described as a “relatively large” decrease in the banking system’s liquidity.

周一早些時(shí)候，人民幣的堅(jiān)挺已然表現(xiàn)得很明顯。為應(yīng)對(duì)其所謂的銀行系統(tǒng)流動(dòng)性總量“降幅較大”，中國(guó)央行在周一釋放了近4000億元人民幣(合622億美元)流動(dòng)性。
