文在寅表示愿會(huì)晤金正恩
韓國總統(tǒng)文在寅(Moon Jae-in)表示，他對(duì)與朝鮮最高領(lǐng)導(dǎo)人金正恩(Kim Jong Un)舉行峰會(huì)持開放態(tài)度，并稱半島無核化將是終極目標(biāo)。
The comments came on Wednesday as Mr Moon reiterated his country’s adherence to international sanctions on Pyongyang amid concerns that thawing ties between the two Koreas could reduce pressure on the reclusive regime.

“South Korea will continue to keep pace with the pressure and sanctions by the international community. We have no plans to ease our unilateral sanctions against North Korea,” he said.
“韓國將在對(duì)朝施壓和制裁問題上與國際社會(huì)繼續(xù)保持步調(diào)一致。我們不考慮單獨(dú)放寬對(duì)朝制裁，”他說。
A day earlier, officials from the foreign ministry in Seoul said they would consider temporarily lifting sanctions on certain North Korean officials to allow them to visit South Korea for the winter games.
一天前，韓國外交部官員表示，他們將考慮暫時(shí)解除對(duì)某些朝鮮官員的制裁，以允許他們來韓國出席冬奧會(huì)。
Mr Moon also reiterated an earlier offer to meet Mr Kim, but added that he would not hold a summit for the sake of a summit.

He then thanked Donald Trump, saying the US president’s strategy of heaping pressure on Pyongyang may have brought the regime to the negotiating table.

“The dialogue between South Korea and North Korea has begun. We plan to turn this dialogue into a chance to improve South-North Korea relations and also resolve the North Korean nuclear issue through dialogue,” Mr Moon said.
“韓朝對(duì)話已經(jīng)開始。我們打算把這次對(duì)話變?yōu)楦纳祈n朝關(guān)系的機(jī)會(huì)，并通過對(duì)話解決朝核問題，”文在寅說。
Among the discussions on Tuesday, South Korean negotiators raised the issue of North Korea ending its nuclear weapons programme — comments that drew a rebuke from Pyongyang’s chief delegate.
在周二的會(huì)談中，韓國談判代表提出了朝鮮終止核武計(jì)劃的話題——此言引來朝方首席談判代表的責(zé)難。
“North Korea’s weapons are only aimed at the United States, not our brethren, China or Russia,” said Ri Son Gwon, head of the North Korean delegation.
“朝鮮的武器只瞄準(zhǔn)美國，而不是我們的同胞、中國或俄羅斯，”朝鮮代表團(tuán)團(tuán)長李善權(quán)(Ri Son Gwon)表示。
