刷單刪差評(píng)違法！最高可罰200萬(wàn)

China has created a new law to impose heavy fines on internet shopping websites which publish false advertisements about their products.

根據(jù)中國(guó)最新修訂的反不正當(dāng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)法，發(fā)布產(chǎn)品虛假?gòu)V告的購(gòu)物網(wǎng)站將面臨重罰。

Vendors who delete negative online reviews or post fake positive reviews face a minimum $30,000 fine.

刪除負(fù)面網(wǎng)絡(luò)評(píng)價(jià)、或者發(fā)布虛假好評(píng)的商家將面臨最少3萬(wàn)美元(約合人民幣20萬(wàn)元)罰款。

"Proper online market competition is one of the highlights of the revision," said Yang Hongcan, director of the division of anti-monopoly and anti-unfair competition law enforcement with the State Administration for Industry and Commerce.

The law states that e-commerce operators should neither deceive nor mislead consumers by faking sales volume or user comments.

新法規(guī)定，電子商務(wù)經(jīng)營(yíng)者不應(yīng)通過(guò)虛假的銷(xiāo)量或用戶評(píng)論欺騙或誤導(dǎo)消費(fèi)者。

"Operators shall not fabricate transactions to help others in commercial promotions," the revision says. 新修訂的反不正當(dāng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)法規(guī)定：“經(jīng)營(yíng)者不應(yīng)偽造交易，以幫助其他經(jīng)營(yíng)者進(jìn)行商業(yè)宣傳。”

The new law aims to clean up China's internet shopping websites just before Singles Day - the country's busiest online shopping day of the year.
