雷諾-日產(chǎn)與東風(fēng)合資在華研發(fā)電動車
雷諾-日產(chǎn)聯(lián)盟(Renault Nissan alliance)宣布與東風(fēng)汽車(Dongfeng Motor)組建一家新的合資公司，將在中國研發(fā)并銷售電動汽車，這是西方與中國汽車制造商開發(fā)中國電動汽車市場的最新合作。
The new joint venture, eGT New Energy Automotive Co, will develop a new electric vehicle on a small sports utility vehicle platform developed by the Renault-Nissan Alliance. Production is expected to start in 2019.
新成立的合資公司名為易捷特新能源汽車有限公司(eGT)，將在由雷諾-日產(chǎn)聯(lián)盟開發(fā)的一款小型運動型多功能車(SUV)平臺上研發(fā)一款新的電動汽車。預(yù)計將于2019年投產(chǎn)。
The announcement follows a similar move by ford, which has signed a memorandum of understanding with Anhui Zotye Automobile, a major manufacturer of all-electric vehicles, to discuss forming a joint venture to develop and sell electric cars in the country.
此前，福特(Ford)宣布了類似舉措，該公司與純電動汽車的大型制造商安徽眾泰汽車(Anhui Zotye Automobile)簽署一份諒解備忘錄，將討論組建一家合資公司，在中國研發(fā)并銷售電動汽車。
China is the world’s largest market for electric vehicles, supported by government incentives designed to reduce the country’s air pollution problem. The Chinese government stipulates batteries for electric vehicles are made in China and there is an increasing push for electric vehicle technology to be developed locally.
中國是全球最大電動汽車市場，獲得旨在減輕空氣污染問題的政府激勵的支持。中國政府規(guī)定電動汽車使用的電池要在中國生產(chǎn)，同時日益推動在國內(nèi)開發(fā)電動汽車技術(shù)。
Renault and Nissan will each hold 25 per cent of eGT with Dongfeng holding the remaining 50 per cent.
雷諾和日產(chǎn)將各持有新合資公司25%的股權(quán)，東風(fēng)持有剩下的50%股權(quán)。
Carlos Ghosn, chairman and chief executive officer of the Renault-Nissan Alliance said:
The establishment of the new joint venture with Dongfeng confirms our common commitment to develop competitive electric vehicles for the Chinese market. We are confident to meet the expectations of the Chinese customers and to strengthen our global electric vehicle leadership position.”
雷諾-日產(chǎn)聯(lián)盟董事長兼首席執(zhí)行官卡洛斯•戈恩(Carlos Ghosn)(見題圖)表示：“與東風(fēng)組建的新的合資公司證實，我們共同致力于為中國市場開發(fā)具有競爭力的電動汽車。我們有信心達(dá)到中國客戶的預(yù)期，并增強我們在全球電動汽車領(lǐng)域的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)地位。”
