蘋果在中國(guó)遭到壟斷舉報(bào)

Apple is facing accusations of anti-competitive behaviour in China, its largest market for apps, adding to the tech giant’s regulatory problems in the US and Europe.

蘋果(Apple)在其最大應(yīng)用市場(chǎng)中國(guó)被指有壟斷行為。這家科技巨頭在美國(guó)和歐洲也遭遇了監(jiān)管麻煩。

The case filed with Chinese regulators yesterday by Dare & Sure, a Beijing-based law firm, alleges that Apple is abusing its control of the iOS App Store to mistreat Chinese developers by removing their apps unfairly and levying a high charge for in-app purchases.

昨日，北京達(dá)曉律師事務(wù)所(Dare & Sure)向中國(guó)監(jiān)管機(jī)構(gòu)舉報(bào)了蘋果，指責(zé)蘋果濫用其對(duì)iOS應(yīng)用商店(iOS App Store)的控制權(quán)苛待中國(guó)開(kāi)發(fā)商，不公正地下架他們的應(yīng)用，并對(duì)應(yīng)用內(nèi)購(gòu)買收取高比例提成。

Apple started a worldwide crackdown on what it sees as illegitimate apps earlier this year, and removed 58,000 Chinese apps in one swoop in June, according to tech research firm ASO 100.

技術(shù)研究公司ASO 100的數(shù)據(jù)顯示，今年早些時(shí)候，蘋果開(kāi)始在全球范圍對(duì)其認(rèn)為不合法的應(yīng)用進(jìn)行打壓，于6月一舉下架了5.8萬(wàn)個(gè)中國(guó)應(yīng)用。

But the 28 Chinese developers behind the complaint say that they did not receive sufficient explanation for app deletions and were left waiting months before getting their apps reinstated.

但參與舉報(bào)的28家中國(guó)開(kāi)發(fā)公司表示，蘋果對(duì)下架它們的應(yīng)用給出的理由并不充分，而且它們不得不等待幾個(gè)月才能讓應(yīng)用重新上線。

China made more money for Apple’s App Store last year than any other country, according to research firm IDC.

研究公司IDC表示，中國(guó)去年給蘋果應(yīng)用商店帶來(lái)的利潤(rùn)超過(guò)其他任何國(guó)家。

Apple said it complied with “local laws and regulations”, and that it had a process for developers to appeal against being removed and to get back into the App Store.
