俄美在聯(lián)合國(guó)就敘利亞問(wèn)題相互指責(zé)

Russia and the US have clashed at an emergency UN Security Council debate into the military strikes President Donald Trump launched against Syria in response to the chemical weapons attack that killed more than 70 people.

俄羅斯與美國(guó)在聯(lián)合國(guó)安理會(huì)緊急會(huì)議上激烈辯論，就美國(guó)總統(tǒng)唐納德•特朗普(Donald Trump )啟動(dòng)對(duì)敘利亞進(jìn)行軍事打擊相互指責(zé)。特朗普此舉是對(duì)敘利亞化學(xué)武器殺害70多人做出的回應(yīng)。

In his first major military action, Mr Trump authorised the launch of 59 Tomahawk missiles at a Syrian airfield after a gas attack that the US and its allies blamed on Syrian president Bashar al-Assad.

在特朗普首次啟動(dòng)軍事行動(dòng)的指令下，美軍向敘利亞空軍基地發(fā)射了59枚戰(zhàn)斧導(dǎo)彈。此前，美國(guó)及其盟國(guó)指責(zé)敘利亞總統(tǒng)巴沙爾•阿薩德(Bashar al-Assad)須對(duì)毒氣襲擊負(fù)責(zé)。

Russian prime minister Dmitry Medvedev on Friday said the strikes had “completely ruined relations” between the US and Russia and that the two countries were now “on the verge of a military clash”.

俄羅斯總理德米特里•梅德韋杰夫(Dmitry Medvedev )在周五表示，美國(guó)軍事打擊“完全破壞了(美國(guó)和俄羅斯)的關(guān)系”，而且兩國(guó)現(xiàn)在“處于軍事沖突的邊緣”。

Speaking at the UN Security Council, Vladimir Safronov, Russia’s representative, said the strikes on Shayrat, an Assad regime-controlled air base, could spark “extremely serious” consequences for regional and international stability. “The aggression by the US has only facilitated the strengthening of terrorism,” he warned.

俄羅斯駐聯(lián)合國(guó)代表弗拉基米爾?薩福諾夫(Vladimir Safronov)在安理會(huì)表示，打擊阿薩德政權(quán)控制的謝拉特(Shayrat)空軍基地，可能對(duì)該地區(qū)和國(guó)際穩(wěn)定造成“極為嚴(yán)重”的后果。他警告：“美國(guó)的侵略只是促進(jìn)增強(qiáng)了恐怖主義。”

“Assad did this because he thought he could get away with it. He thought he could get away with it because he knew Russia would have his back. That changed last night,” Nikki Haley, the US ambassador to the United Nations said on Friday.

美國(guó)駐聯(lián)合國(guó)大使尼基•黑利(Nikki Haley)在周五表示，“阿薩德這樣做，是因?yàn)樗詾橛卸砹_斯支持就可以不受懲罰。從昨晚開(kāi)始，不再是這樣了。”

In a blistering speech against Moscow, Ms Haley said Russia bore “considerable responsibility” for the chemical weapons attack, suggesting that Moscow was either “knowingly” allowing chemical weapons to remain in Syria, “incompetent” or being made “a fool” of by the Assad regime.

黑利嚴(yán)厲指責(zé)莫斯科，她表示俄羅斯對(duì)化學(xué)武器襲擊負(fù)有“相當(dāng)大的責(zé)任”，并表示莫斯科或者“有意”允許敘利亞保留化學(xué)武器，“無(wú)能”，或者被阿薩德政權(quán)所“愚弄”。
