報(bào)告指出 中國(guó)企業(yè)對(duì)美投資額創(chuàng)紀(jì)錄

Chinese companies invested a record of $45.6b inthe US in 2016, tripling the amount in 2015,according to a research report by US consulting firmRhodium Group.

美國(guó)咨詢(xún)公司榮鼎集團(tuán)的研究報(bào)告顯示，2016年中國(guó)企業(yè)在美投資達(dá)到了創(chuàng)紀(jì)錄的456億美元，是2015年的三倍。

Although merger and acquisition remain theprimary Chinese investment in the US, greenfieldinvestment is continuing fast expansion, the reportsaid.

報(bào)告稱(chēng)，盡管并購(gòu)依然是中國(guó)對(duì)美投資的主要方式，但綠地投資正繼續(xù)快速擴(kuò)張。

"In contrast to the dominance of fossil fuel investments before 2013, more than 90% ofChinese FDI (foreign direct investment) in 2016 was targeting US services and advancedmanufacturing sectors," it said.

報(bào)告稱(chēng)，2016年90%以上的中國(guó)對(duì)外直接投資(FDI)進(jìn)入了美國(guó)的服務(wù)業(yè)和高端制造業(yè)。這與2013年前的情況形成鮮明對(duì)比，當(dāng)時(shí)FDI主要流向化石燃料領(lǐng)域。

 

 

Real estate and hospitality, information and communications technology, entertainment, andfinancial services continued to attract the interest of Chinese investors.

具體而言，房地產(chǎn)和酒店、信息和通信技術(shù)、娛樂(lè)、金融服務(wù)繼續(xù)吸引中國(guó)投資者的興趣。

The report expected China's direct investment in the US to continue experiencing growth in2017, but political realties pose major downside risk to it.

報(bào)告預(yù)計(jì)，2017年中國(guó)對(duì)美直接投資將繼續(xù)增長(zhǎng)，但政治現(xiàn)實(shí)對(duì)其構(gòu)成重大的下行風(fēng)險(xiǎn)。

Other factors, such as stable U.S. economic outlook and the appreciation of U.S. dollar, alsoplayed a role in boosting Chinese investment.

其他因素，比如穩(wěn)定的美國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)前景和美元升值，也起到了促進(jìn)中國(guó)投資的作用。

US president-elect Donald Trump's cabinet appointments suggest a more confrontationalapproach to trade and investment policy toward China, it said.

報(bào)告指出，美國(guó)候任總統(tǒng)唐納德·特朗普的內(nèi)閣成員任命預(yù)示著美國(guó)在對(duì)華貿(mào)易和投資政策上可能將采取更具對(duì)抗性的方式。
