到2020年我國養(yǎng)老服務市場將全面放開

China will fully open its elderly care market by 2020,according to a guideline published by General Officeof the State Council.

國務院辦公廳日前印發(fā)的意見提出，到2020年，我國將全面放開養(yǎng)老服務市場。

The move will substantially increase the supply ofproducts and services in the market, standardizeregulations and raise service quality, the guidelinesaid.

意見稱，此舉將使相關(guān)產(chǎn)品和服務供給得以大幅提升，法規(guī)得以規(guī)范，服務質(zhì)量得以提高。

Foreign investment in the sector will be facilitated and administrative approval proceduressimplified, it said.

意見提出，將為境外投資進入養(yǎng)老領(lǐng)域創(chuàng)造條件，精簡行政審批環(huán)節(jié)。

 

The document also said the government would step up reforms of public elderly careinstitutions and build a credit system for the sector. Authorities would work to raise servicequality of elderly care.

該意見還表示，政府將加強公共養(yǎng)老機構(gòu)的改革，建立部門的信貸體系。有關(guān)部門將努力提高老年護理的服務質(zhì)量。

The government would also adjust land, employment and finance policies to support the sector,the document said.

該意見稱，政府還將調(diào)整土地、就業(yè)和財政政策，以扶持該行業(yè)。

China's aging society is a major social issue. There are currently more than 220 million peopleover 60 years old in the country, 16.1% of the population, with numbers growing.

我國的老齡化社會是一個重大的社會問題。目前我國60歲以上人口超過2.2億，占總?cè)丝诒戎氐?6.1%，這兩個數(shù)值還在不斷上升。
