工信部發(fā)布“智能制造”發(fā)展五年規(guī)劃

在12月7日召開的世界智能制造合作高峰論壇上，工信部發(fā)布了國家《智能制造發(fā)展規(guī)劃(2016—2020年)》。《規(guī)劃》提出到2020年，我國傳統(tǒng)制造業(yè)重點領域基本實現數字化制造。

12月7日在南京開幕的世界智能制造合作高峰論壇上，工信部發(fā)布了國家《智能制造發(fā)展規(guī)劃(2016—2020年)》。

The plan is a long-term strategic task to develop intelligent manufacturing to generate new growth to improve the country's manufacturing sector.

該規(guī)劃是發(fā)展智能制造、培育經濟增長新動能、提升我國制造業(yè)的長期戰(zhàn)略任務。

智能制造(intelligent manufacturing)是基于新一代信息通信技術與先進制造技術深度融合(deep integration of new generation information and communications technology and advanced manufacturing technology)，貫穿于設計、生產、管理、服務等制造活動的各個環(huán)節(jié)，具有自感知(self-sensing)、自學習(self-learning)、自決策(self-decision making)、自執(zhí)行(self-execution)、自適應(self-adaptation)等功能的新型生產方式。

《規(guī)劃》提出了十大重點任務，包括加快智能制造裝備發(fā)展(speed up of development in intelligent equipment);加強關鍵共性技術創(chuàng)新( improve innovation in key common technologies);建設智能制造標準體系(set up of intelligent manufacturing standards,);構筑工業(yè)互聯網基礎(build a foundation for industrial internet);加大智能制造試點示范推廣力度(expand intelligent manufacturing trials);推動重點領域智能轉型(promote intelligent transformation in key sectors);促進中小企業(yè)智能化改造(promote intelligent transformation in small and medium-sized companies);培育智能制造生態(tài)體系(build intelligent manufacturing eco system);推進區(qū)域智能制造協同發(fā)展(promote integrated development of regional intelligent manufacturing);打造智能制造人才隊伍(build a team of talented professionals in intelligent manufacturing)等。
