11月起開(kāi)網(wǎng)約車須考試 出租拒載繞道可罰兩千

Drivers of China’s online ride-hailing services will be required to hold a license1 by passing exams in November.

今年11月，我國(guó)網(wǎng)約車司機(jī)將須通過(guò)考試獲得從業(yè)資格證。

Unlicensed drivers who engage in the services will face a fine ranging from 10 thousand yuan ($1,500) to 30 thousand yuan ($4,500).

無(wú)從業(yè)資格的司機(jī)從事網(wǎng)約車服務(wù)將面臨1萬(wàn)(折合1500美元)至3萬(wàn)元(折合4500美元)的罰款。

Those with 3-years of driving experience and no records of traffic accident crimes, dangerous driving, drugs or drink driving will be allowed to take examinations for online-driving services.

那些具有3年駕駛經(jīng)歷，無(wú)重大交通事故、危險(xiǎn)駕駛、吸毒、酒駕記錄的司機(jī)將可參加網(wǎng)約車考試。

The requirements come from one of two newly issued regulations over the taxi and online ride-hailing services by China’s transportation authority. The regulations will take effect in October and November respectively.

這一要求出自我國(guó)交通部近日發(fā)布的關(guān)于出租車、網(wǎng)約車服務(wù)的兩項(xiàng)新規(guī)其中的一項(xiàng)。兩項(xiàng)新規(guī)將分別于今年10月、11月生效。

The regulations also specifically stipulate2 the taxi services.

該新規(guī)還專門針對(duì)出租車服務(wù)作出規(guī)定。

For example, taxi drivers who take a detour3 or refuse passengers can also be fined a maximum of 2,000 yuan.

例如，繞路或拒載的司機(jī)或面臨最高2000元的罰款。
