聯(lián)合國(guó)譴責(zé)針對(duì)性取向的侵犯人權(quán)行為

　　For the first time the U.N. Security Council has used language acknowledging violence targeting the LGBT community in an official statement.

　　聯(lián)合國(guó)安理會(huì)首次發(fā)表聲明，譴責(zé)針對(duì)男女同性戀者、雙性戀者和跨性別者(LGBT)群體的暴力行為。

　　The statement released by the Council Monday said "The members of the Security Council condemned in the strongest terms the terrorist attack in Orlando, Florida on 12 June 2016, targeting persons as a result of their sexual orientation, during which 49 people were killed and 53 injured."

　　安理會(huì)星期一發(fā)表聲明，對(duì)6月12日發(fā)生在佛羅里達(dá)州城市奧蘭多的恐怖襲擊案表示最強(qiáng)烈的譴責(zé)，并說(shuō)兇手是根據(jù)性取向決定襲擊目標(biāo)。在這起槍擊案中，有49人被打死，53人受傷。

　　The language was reportedly met with resistance from Russia and Egypt, two of more than 70 nations in which LGBT status is still criminalized.

　　據(jù)報(bào)道，安理會(huì)聲明的措辭遭到了俄羅斯和埃及的抵制。在包括俄羅斯和埃及在內(nèi)的70多個(gè)國(guó)家，LGBT的身份仍屬非法。

　　A first resolution, adopted by the UNHRC in June 2011, expressed "grave concern at acts of violence and discrimination, in all regions of the world, committed against individuals because of their sexual orientation and gender identity." It also called for study to document discriminatory laws, practices, and acts of violence based on sexual orientation and gender identity around the world.

　　2011年6月，聯(lián)合國(guó)人權(quán)委員會(huì)第一次采納決議案，對(duì)世界各地針對(duì)性取向和性認(rèn)同的侵犯人權(quán)行為表示嚴(yán)重關(guān)切，并呼吁將世界各地針對(duì)性取向和性認(rèn)同的歧視性法律和暴力行為記錄在案。
