Tanya Rybakova, 25, from Saint Petersburg,Russia, tipped the scales at 17 stone at her heaviestand says she had no friends, but after droppingnearly half her weight she released a video about herjourney, which become an online sensation.

The lifestyle blogger, who underwent surgery toremove her excess skin, now has more than 270,000YouTube subscribers - and has even beencontacted by the people who used to bully her to tell her she's 'beautiful'.

Tanya lost the weight over three. She shed the pounds by first ditching unhealthy trans-fats, and increasing the number of times per week that she exercised. She said: 'It's my ownCinderella story.' I didn't socialise - I had no friends and I spent a lot of time just reading. 'Ialso hope it warns other people from getting fat. '
