Russian Prime Minister Vladimir Putin accused the United States Monday of living beyond its means "like a parasite" on the global economy and said dollar dominance was a threat to the financial markets.

俄羅斯總理弗拉基米爾 普京本周一譴責美國寅吃卯糧，是全球經(jīng)濟的“寄生蟲”，并稱美元的主導地位對金融市場構(gòu)成威脅。

"They are living beyond their means and shifting a part of the weight of their problems to the world economy," Putin told the pro-Kremlin youth group Nashi while touring its lakeside summer campsome five hours drive north of Moscow.

普京對親克里姆林宮的青年組織“納什”說：“美國在‘寅吃卯糧’，還把自己的部分問題轉(zhuǎn)嫁給全球經(jīng)濟。”當時他正在參觀該組織舉辦的湖畔夏令營，這里位于莫斯科以北，車程約5小時。

"They are living like parasites off the global economy and their monopoly of the dollar," Putin said at the open-airmeeting with admiring young Russians in what looked like early campaigning before parliamentary and presidential polls.

普京在會見崇拜他的俄羅斯青年時說：“美國像寄生蟲一樣，依靠全球經(jīng)濟和美元的壟斷地位生活。” 這次露天見面會更像議會選舉和總統(tǒng)選舉前的預(yù)熱活動。

US President Barack Obamaearlier announced a last-ditchdeal to cut about $2.4 trillion from the US deficit over a decade, avoid a crushing debt default and stave offthe risk that the nation's AAA credit rating would be downgraded.

美國總統(tǒng)奧巴馬稍早宣布兩黨在最后時刻達成未來10年內(nèi)削減預(yù)算赤字2.4萬億美元的協(xié)議，避免出現(xiàn)嚴重的債務(wù)違約，也避開了美國AAA信貸評級被下調(diào)的風險。

The deal initially soothed anxieties and led Russian stocks to jump to three-month highs, but jittersremained over the possibility of a credit downgrade.

該協(xié)議最初緩解了各方擔憂，俄羅斯股市漲至3個月來的高位，但由于美國信用評級仍有下調(diào)可能，市場恐慌仍然存在。

"Thank god," Putin said, "that they had enough common sense and responsibility to make a balanced decision."

But Putin, who has often criticized the United States' foreign exchange policy, noted that Russia holds a large amount of US bonds and treasuries.

"If over there (in America) there is a systemic malfunction, this will affect everyone," Putin told the young Russians.

"Countries like Russia and China hold a significant part of their reserves in American securities ... There should be other reserve currencies."

U.S.-Russian ties souredduring Putin's 2000-2008 presidency but have warmed significantly since his protégéand successor President Dmitry Medvedev responded to Obama's stated desire for a "reset" in bilateral relations.

美俄關(guān)系在普京2000至2008年的總統(tǒng)任期內(nèi)惡化。但他的得力繼任者梅德韋杰夫上臺后，積極回應(yīng)奧巴馬重塑兩國關(guān)系的愿望，之后美俄關(guān)系顯著升溫。
