Danish delicacies served at the bar
The newly-opened street bar outside the Denmark Pavilion is inviting Expo visitors to sinking their teeth into some Danish delicacies.
On the manu are strawberry compote with cream, chicken salad on Danish rye bread, Danish pastries, open-faced sandwiches known as "smorrebrod," Danish beer, cold apple juice, tea blended with Danish herbs and organic elderflower drink.
Visitors don't need to queue to experience the traditional delights of Danish cuisine.
Danish chef and cookbook author Adam Aamann is in charge of the bar. He is famous for redefining and moderning Danish open-faced sandwiches.
