雅思詞匯之取消“一般題材電影”劇本審查

　　The State Administration of Press, Publication, Radio, Film and TV released a policy on Wednesday, saying that films of "general subjects" no longer need to have their scripts vetted by the institution.

　　國家新聞出版廣電總局在本周三頒布新政，稱“一般題材電影”將不再進行劇本審查。

　　一般題材電影(films of general subjects)是相對于特殊題材(significant subjects)而言的，影片主要人物和情節(jié)除涉及民族、宗教、軍事、外交、公安、司法、歷史事件等方面內(nèi)容(ethnic groups, religion, military, diplomacy, police, the judicial system or historic events)以外的電影都屬于“一般題材”。

　　一般題材的電影只需在網(wǎng)站上公示電影的梗概(publicize a synopsis)以取得電影拍攝許可證(get a license to shoot / obtain a shooting license)，但在影院公映(theatrical release)之前仍需經(jīng)過國家新聞出版廣電總局(The State Administration of Press, Publication, Radio, Film and TV)的后期電影審查。
