由于飲食模式的變化 中國正面臨日益嚴(yán)重的二惡英致癌風(fēng)險

　　The Chinese are facing growing cancer risk fromdioxin due to changes in their dietary patterns overthe past three decades, a research has found.

　　一項研究發(fā)現(xiàn)，由于過去30年來飲食模式的改變，中國人正面臨日益嚴(yán)重的二惡英致癌風(fēng)險。

　　Changes in dietary patterns, featured by decreasingconsumption of grain and vegetables and increasingintake of animal-derived food (such as meat, eggsand dairy products), raised cancer risk from 0.2% in1980 to about 1.2% in 2009, according to a researchfinding published in Scientific Reports, an affiliatedmagazine of Nature.

　　根據(jù)《自然》雜志的附屬刊物《科學(xué)報道》上發(fā)表的一項研究，飲食模式的改變——粗糧和蔬菜攝入的減少，而動物性食品(肉、蛋和奶制品等)攝入的增加——將1980年時0.2%的癌癥風(fēng)險提高到2009年的約1.2%。

　　Varying dietary patterns contributed 17 percent to the cancer risk of Chinese population in2009, compared with 8 percent in 1980, according to the thesis, authored by LanzhouUniversity Professor Ma Jianmin and Dr. Huang Tao.

　　據(jù)蘭州大學(xué)馬建敏教授和黃濤博士合著的這篇論文介紹，2009年，由飲食模式變化引起的中國人口的癌癥風(fēng)險占比17%，而1980年時僅占8%。

　　Meanwhile, residents in urban and eastern China were exposed to considerably higher cancerrisk to dioxin than those in rural areas and western China, due to higher emissions, householdincome and greater intake of animal-derived foodstuff such as meat, eggs and dairy products,the thesis said.

　　同時，這篇文章指出，由于城市區(qū)域和中國東部地區(qū)污染物排放量更高，居民收入水平更高，以及攝入的動物性食品如肉、蛋和奶制品等更多，這些地方的居民受二惡英影響致癌的風(fēng)險，比起那些在農(nóng)村地區(qū)和中國西部地區(qū)的人們來說要高出很多。

　　"Food ingestion is still the major route for human exposure and body burden to dioxin," saidProf. Ma.

　　馬教授表示：“食物的攝入仍然是人類感染二惡英的主要途徑。”

　　While the Chinese government has stepped up efforts to cut dioxin emissions, he said it isincreasingly important to raise public awareness of cancer risks in food and convince peopleto take a healthier diet.

　　在中國政府已加緊努力減少二惡英排放的同時，他表示，提高公眾食品致癌風(fēng)險意識、說服人們采取更健康的飲食方式變得越來越重要。
