12年冷凍胚胎孕育出寶寶 高齡產(chǎn)婦圓二胎夢

　　A healthy test tube baby was born Wednesday innorthwest China's Shaanxi Province from an embryofrozen 12 years ago, a record on the Chinesemainland.

　　周三，一個健康的試管嬰兒出生于中國西北部的陜西省一個冷凍了12年的胚胎，這也創(chuàng)造了中國大陸的一項紀(jì)錄。

　　On Wednesday morning, a 40-year-old woman gavebirth to her second son, weighing 3,440 grams atbirth at Tangdu Hospital in provincial capital Xi'an.

　　周三早上，一名40歲的婦女在省會西安唐都醫(yī)院生育出自己的第二個兒子，孩子重達(dá)3440克。

　　She suffers from blocked fallopian tubes and polycystic ovary syndrome, a health problem thatcan affect a woman's fertility and pregnancy. She began trying to get pregnant through IVFin 2003. That year, doctors harvested 12 of her eggs and created 12 embryos with herhusband's sperm. They implanted two fresh embryos to her womb, and froze the remainingseven that they considered viable.

　　據(jù)悉，她患有輸卵管阻塞和多卵巢囊綜合征，這是會影響到婦女不孕的一個健康問題。2003年，她開始試圖通過試管受精懷孕。那年，醫(yī)生采集了12枚她的卵子，然后用她丈夫的精子創(chuàng)造出12個胚胎。他們把兩個新鮮的胚胎植入她的子宮，然后冷冰了七個可用胚胎。

　　Li gave birth to a healthy boy in 2004, and has since spent three yuan per day to store theembryos in the hospital in case of an emergency. Last year, when China dropped its one-childpolicy, she decided to have a second child.

　　2004年，李某生育出了一個健康的男孩，自那以后，她每天花費(fèi)三元在醫(yī)院儲存胚胎，以防萬一。去年，當(dāng)中國取消獨(dú)生子政策后，她決定再生一個。

　　Three embryos survived the thawing process. The two best were implanted in her womb, butonly one survived.

　　在解凍過程中，三枚胚胎存活了下來。兩個品質(zhì)最好的移植入了她的子宮，但是只有一個存活了下來。

　　"The success rate of implanted thawed embryos is more than 40 percent in our hospital, sodoctors usually place more than one embryo at a time," said Wang Xiaohong, director ofTangdu Hospital reproductive medicine center.

　　唐都醫(yī)院生殖醫(yī)藥中心主任王曉紅說道：“我們醫(yī)院移植冷凍胚胎的成功率大于40%，因此，醫(yī)生通常每次會多植入幾個。”

　　"Our first boy is 12 years old now. The purpose of freezing the embryos was to have a secondchild some day, and luckily, we succeeded," said her husband.

　　李某的丈夫說：“我們的第一個孩子已經(jīng)12歲了。冷凍胚胎的目的就是為了有第二個孩子，幸運(yùn)地是，我們成功了。”

　　The infertility rate is high in China. China Population Association statistics from 2012 showed40 million people with fertility issues, accounting for around 12.5 percent of the population atchild-bearing age.

　　中國的不孕率很高。中國人口學(xué)會2012年以來的數(shù)據(jù)顯示，有4000萬人患有不孕不育，占育齡人口的12.5%。

　　"IVF is one of the most effective assisted reproduction techniques for treating of infertility,"said Wang.

　　王曉紅主任說：“試管嬰兒是治療不孕不育最有效的輔助生殖技術(shù)之一。”

　　Tangdu Hospital began to freeze embryos for infertile couples in 2003. Up to now, it hasfrozen around 100,000 embryos, thawed more than 27,000, and created 4,293 healthy test-tube babies.

　　2003年，唐都醫(yī)院開始為不孕夫婦冷凍胚胎。迄今為止，已經(jīng)冷凍了大約十萬個胚胎，解凍27000多個，孕育了4293個健康的試管嬰兒。
