　　Tanya Rybakova, 25, from Saint Petersburg, Russia, tipped the scales at 17 stone at her heaviest and says she had no friends, but after dropping nearly half her weight she released a video about her journey, which become an online sensation.

　　The lifestyle blogger, who underwent surgery to remove her excess skin, now has more than 270,000YouTube subscribers - and has even been contacted by the people who used to bully her to tell her she's 'beautiful'.

　　Tanya lost the weight over three. She shed the pounds by first ditching unhealthy trans-fats, and increasing the number of times per week that she exercised. She said: 'It's my own Cinderella story.' I didn't socialise - I had no friends and I spent a lot of time just reading. 'I also hope it warns other people from getting fat. '

　　塔尼婭過(guò)去三年一直在減肥。她先是甩掉不健康脂肪，然后每周增加鍛煉次數(shù)。她說(shuō)：“我親身體驗(yàn)了一把”灰姑娘的故事“。我以前從不社交，我沒(méi)朋友，每天花很多時(shí)間讀書(shū)。我希望這些經(jīng)歷能夠提醒人們不要變胖。”

　　Now Tanya runs an online programme to pass on her knowledge to help others.
