2016年我國(guó)將實(shí)現(xiàn)公租房貨幣化

　　China's housing minister said on Monday thatgovernments will stop building rental housing unitsto accommodate migrant workers and peopledisplaced by demolitions or renovations of urbanresidences or shantytowns.

　　住房和城鄉(xiāng)建設(shè)部部長(zhǎng)28日在全國(guó)住房城鄉(xiāng)建設(shè)年度工作會(huì)議上表示，政府將停止建設(shè)面向農(nóng)民工、城市房屋拆遷戶、棚戶區(qū)改造安置人員的公租房。

　　Instead, subsidies will be ramped up for those inneed of rental housing, and people will beencouraged to find their own accommodations fromprivate owners.

　　取而代之的是，政府將向有需求者發(fā)放租金補(bǔ)貼，鼓勵(lì)他們通過市場(chǎng)籌集房源。

　　Minister of Housing and Urban-Rural Development Chen Zhenggao raised the issue at theministry's annual work conference, saying it's part of the country's agenda for boosting therental housing market.

　　住房和城鄉(xiāng)建設(shè)部部長(zhǎng)陳政高在年度工作會(huì)議上提出了這項(xiàng)決議，并且表示這是國(guó)家推進(jìn)出租房市場(chǎng)的一部分議程。

　　That agenda dovetails with a broader plan to assimilate 274 million migrant workers as urbanresidents, providing a new source of demand for housing, education and other consumptiontied to the economy.

　　這一議程的出臺(tái)，恰逢中國(guó)推出2.74億農(nóng)民工市民化的計(jì)劃，旨在刺激樓市、教育等與經(jīng)濟(jì)息息相關(guān)領(lǐng)域的消費(fèi)。

　　The approach outlined by Chen marks a major shift from the previous approach under whichgovernments built massive amounts of rental housing and assigned units to applicants,analysts said.

　　分析人員指出，陳政高部長(zhǎng)概述的這一方法，是相比以前方法的一個(gè)重大轉(zhuǎn)變。在以前，政府建立了大量的出租房屋并分配給申請(qǐng)人。

　　By the end of 2014 there were 16.6 million units of public rental houses, according to theministry. Of the 36 million units of State-funded homes that China pledged to build from 2011to 2015, rental housing accounted for nearly one-third.

　　根據(jù)該部門的數(shù)據(jù)顯示，截止2014年底，共有1660萬(wàn)個(gè)單位的公共租賃住房。中國(guó)政府在2011-1015十二五規(guī)劃中表示要全力完成的3600萬(wàn)套保障性住房中，出租房占近了三分之一。

　　The rest included affordable housing and shantytown renovations.

　　其他的則是包括經(jīng)適房和棚戶區(qū)改造。
