調(diào)研報(bào)告格式

　　調(diào)研報(bào)告的核心是實(shí)事求是地反映和分析客觀事實(shí)。

　　對(duì)某一情況、某一事件、某一經(jīng)驗(yàn)或問(wèn)題，經(jīng)過(guò)在實(shí)踐中對(duì)其客觀實(shí)際情況的調(diào)查了解，將調(diào)查了解到的全部情況和材料進(jìn)行“去粗取精、去偽存真、由此及彼、由表及里”的分析研究，揭示出本質(zhì)，尋找出規(guī)律，總結(jié)出經(jīng)驗(yàn)，最后以書(shū)面形式陳述出來(lái)，這就是調(diào)研報(bào)告。

　　調(diào)研報(bào)告的核心是實(shí)事求是地反映和分析客觀事實(shí)。調(diào)研報(bào)告主要包括兩個(gè)部分：一是調(diào)查，二是研究。調(diào)查，應(yīng)該深入實(shí)際，準(zhǔn)確地反映客觀事實(shí)，不憑主觀想象，按事物的本來(lái)面目了解事物，詳細(xì)地占有材料。研究，即在掌握客觀事實(shí)的基礎(chǔ)上，認(rèn)真分析，透徹地揭示事物的本質(zhì)。至于對(duì)策，調(diào)研報(bào)告中可以提出一些看法，但不是主要的。因?yàn)?，?duì)策的制定是一個(gè)深入的、復(fù)雜的、綜合的研究過(guò)程，調(diào)研報(bào)告提出的對(duì)策是否被采納，能否上升到政策，應(yīng)該經(jīng)過(guò)政策預(yù)評(píng)估。
