　　一、 接聽外線電話：

　　01、 電話鈴響三聲接起，中英文清晰報(bào)出酒店名稱：

　　您好，北京香格里拉酒店!

　　Good morning ,

　　02、 轉(zhuǎn)接時(shí)，對(duì)來電方：

　　請(qǐng)稍等!

　　Hold on ,please !

　　03、 電話占線時(shí)：

　　對(duì)不起，電話占線，請(qǐng)您稍后再撥。

　　Sorry , the line is busy .please call back later!

　　04、 轉(zhuǎn)入電話無人接時(shí)：

　　電話沒人接，您是否需要留言?

　　There's no answer , Would you like to leave a message ?

　　05、轉(zhuǎn)入客房電話：

　　A、 請(qǐng)問您找那位?

　　Who would you like to speak to ?

　　B、 對(duì)不起，沒有這個(gè)姓名的客人。

　　Sorry , there's no guest with that name

　　C、 您能告訴我他是住客還是訪客?

　　Excuse me for asking but is he a visitor or a hotel guest?

　　05、 內(nèi)容沒聽清或不確定時(shí)：

　　A、 請(qǐng)您再說一遍好嗎?

　　Would you like to repeat the number ?

　　B、 請(qǐng)您大聲一點(diǎn)好嗎：

　　Could you speak a little louder , please

　　C、 請(qǐng)說慢一點(diǎn)!

　　Could you speak slowly ,please?

　　07、對(duì)方撥錯(cuò)號(hào)碼：

　　恐怕您撥錯(cuò)了號(hào)碼，這里是XXX酒店總機(jī)。

　　I'm afraid you dial the wrong number . here is xx hotel operator;

　　08、 外線來電詳細(xì)問詢時(shí)：

　　我將幫您把電話轉(zhuǎn)到問訊處;

　　I'll put you through to the information desk

　　09、 來電方需要留言：

　　A、 請(qǐng)告訴我您的留言內(nèi)容;

　　Could you please give me the message , sir / madam?

　　B、 請(qǐng)放心，我一定將您的意思轉(zhuǎn)達(dá)給X先生/小姐，謝謝您的來電，再見!
