I'm on fire可別理解成“我著火了” 老外會懵！

它就是on fire。

On fire這個短語的確有“著火”的意思。例如

The house was on fire for nearly an hour before the fire department finally arrived.

房子著火將近一個小時，消防隊(duì)才趕來。

但是，在某些特定的場景中，on fire就不是它原本的意思了。尤其是表示某人的時候。

例如： He is one fire. 就前往不能理解為“他著火了”。

通常情況下，這種用法一般都用于文藝/體育活動中，表示“表現(xiàn)好”、“狀態(tài)好”。
