　　元音發(fā)音技巧發(fā)音要決：這個音是四個前元音中舌位最低、口形最大的前元音，與上面三個音相比發(fā)音部位仍然是舌前部，只是嘴形不一樣了。

　　發(fā)音時，舌尖輕輕抵住下齒，雙唇向兩邊平伸，成扁平狀，口形張到可以容下自己的中指和食指尖。中國學生發(fā)這個音的問題在于嘴形張不大，所以音發(fā)得不夠夸張。其實老外在發(fā)這個音的時候都很到位，聽起來也足夠夸張。我們不能用說漢語的習慣來說英文。

　　特別提示：我們會發(fā)現(xiàn)英音中許多原來含有字母“a”發(fā)[$:]的單詞轉到每音中時都發(fā)成了[鎉。一般來說，字母a在f，n，s，th 之前念做[鎉，但是如果在字母“r”之前則仍然念做[$:]，且要卷舌，例如farm, farther。

　　字母組合：

　　“a” as in the word “cat”: bat, map, exact, fat, etc.

　　“af” as in the word “half”: craft, aircraft, after, shaft, etc.

　　“am” as in the word “exam”: example, stamp, jam, lamb, etc.

　　“an” as in the word “chance”: banana, dance, and, man, hand, plan, can’t, etc.

　　“as” as in the word “glass”: class, pass, ask, fast, last, task, etc.

　　“ath” as in the word “bath”: path, math, etc.

　　就此，四個前元音都講述完畢。單獨元音的發(fā)音問題應該不大，可是也許放在具體單詞的環(huán)境中就沒有那么容易了。下面這段繞口令(tongue twister)對于練習這幾個元音特別有效，如果可以講好，這幾個元音的發(fā)音就絕對沒有問題了!現(xiàn)在就小試牛刀吧!
