一把如煙老嗓子，也不知道迷倒了多少人？ 三十幾年來，Rod Stewart以獨特的沙啞歌喉、豐富的音樂風(fēng)格、精彩的演唱會魅力不僅屢創(chuàng)音樂生涯新高，也奠定了他穩(wěn)固的樂壇地位。從融合民謠、搖滾、藍(lán)調(diào)、靈魂樂、迪斯科的70年代；接著加入New Wave電子之聲的80年代到以翻唱曲再顯風(fēng)華的90年代，都讓我們不斷地享受Rod所帶來的音樂新意。
原以足球為志業(yè)的Rod Stewart原名Roderick David Stewart，1945年1月10日生于倫敦，60年代初開始涉足音樂，曾加入數(shù)個當(dāng)?shù)貥穲F(tuán)，然而在他加入著名的藍(lán)調(diào)樂團(tuán)Jeff Beck Group并巡回美國后，才真正打出個人知名度。69年Rod與貝斯手Ron Wood加入主唱離團(tuán)的Small Faces，更名為Faces樂團(tuán)，同時Rod也與Mercury唱片簽約并展開其個人、樂團(tuán)雙頭并進(jìn)的音樂生涯，直到75年樂團(tuán)解散加入華納唱片開始個人音樂生涯至今。 Rod早在身為Jeff Beck Group成員時期，便已享有“歌聲非凡”的贊譽。
