1.有原文的時(shí)候不要先看原文，先多聽(tīng)?zhēng)妆檎莆沾蟾乓馑?，找到自己?tīng)不清的地方，然后再看著原文跟讀。

聽(tīng)課文，跟上課文的速度我覺(jué)得是最有效的，課文是最佳聽(tīng)力材料。

俺的親身經(jīng)歷就是跟讀課文咯~其實(shí)課文速度相對(duì)挺快的，一開(kāi)始可能較難跟上，而且還要一邊理解就更加難，所以要鍛煉自己嘴上思想上都能跟上錄音速度的能力!

做題什么的只是作為補(bǔ)充啦~做題最主要就是要辨別聽(tīng)力材料中關(guān)鍵信息點(diǎn)，比如時(shí)間啊地點(diǎn)啊數(shù)字啊什么的。

2.聽(tīng)力最好一段材料聽(tīng)上三遍，第一遍不看材料聽(tīng)，聽(tīng)完做題，然后對(duì)答案，第二遍的時(shí)候可以看著材料聽(tīng)，一邊聽(tīng)一邊看，還可以提高瞬時(shí)記憶能力，第三遍聽(tīng)的時(shí)候不看材料一邊聽(tīng)一邊在腦子里想每一個(gè)詞匯。
